Sin embargo, de un tiempo a esta parte, me encanta hacer ejercicio. Me encanta ir al gimnasio porque mejora mi estado de \u00e1nimo y me siento con m\u00e1s energ\u00eda durante toda la semana. Pero tambi\u00e9n me encantan los resultados que puedo ver tanto en mis caderas como en mis piernas. Obviamente, estos cambios s\u00f3lo se consiguen con una buena alimentaci\u00f3n y constancia. Algunos ejercicios surten efecto r\u00e1pidamente. Uno de ellos son las sentadillas. A\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde, baj\u00e9 de peso para usar pantalones vaqueros de la talla 3. A partir de ese momento, me cuesta ganar peso. Mi silueta es como la de un reloj de arena, porque hay una proporci\u00f3n entre la medida de mis caderas, hombros y tengo una cintura estrecha. Durante los tres \u00faltimos semestres de la universidad, me apunt\u00e9 al gimnasio, el tama\u00f1o de mis piernas y mi trasero aument\u00f3 considerablemente. El plan consiste en realizar sentadillas sin interrupciones durante 30 d\u00edas. Lo cambi\u00e9 un poco porque a\u00f1ad\u00ed un par de mancuernas para hacer el ejercicio m\u00e1s efectivo. El primer d\u00eda empiezas con 50 repeticiones, el segundo aumentas cinco repeticiones y el cuarto descansas. En los tres primeros d\u00edas, me sent\u00ed normal, sin dolor y, obviamente, sin resultados. Sin embargo, al cuarto d\u00eda me dol\u00edan ligeramente las piernas y los gl\u00fateos. As\u00ed que continu\u00e9 durante dos semanas en las que sent\u00ed una mayor tensi\u00f3n en los m\u00fasculos de las piernas y los gl\u00fateos. Hice ejercicio por las tardes y luego com\u00ed algo de at\u00fan o un s\u00e1ndwich de pollo y algo de arroz. As\u00ed que los sustitu\u00ed por unos s\u00e1ndwiches de mermelada de cacahuete, salm\u00f3n con queso y la clara de huevo con champi\u00f1ones. De esta manera, vari\u00e9 un poco mi dieta, pero no suprim\u00ed las prote\u00ednas. Empec\u00e9 a ver los cambios al verme un poco menos delgada. Estaba m\u00e1s flexible y me cansaba menos a lo largo del d\u00eda. El primero fue la resistencia f\u00edsica: Pod\u00eda caminar o correr durante largos periodos sin sentirme fatigado. Adem\u00e1s, mis cu\u00e1driceps hab\u00edan aumentado, por lo que mis piernas y muslos parec\u00edan m\u00e1s anchos. Adem\u00e1s, mis gastrocnemios o m\u00fasculos de la pantorrilla parec\u00edan m\u00e1s grandes. En cuanto a los gl\u00fateos, ten\u00edan m\u00e1s volumen y parec\u00edan bien formados.
